Can you keep your puck and take theirs from them?
You should expect hard competition, teamwork and good condition!
The idea of the game is to get as many of the pucks to be your teams colour when time is up. The colour changes from red to green or from green to red when you touch a puck.
How it works
Participants are divided into two teams, one red and one green. The teams start with an equal number of pucks in their colour. The pucks are set out in a pattern of your choosing. you might choose a large circle, or place them at random using a space about the size of a badminton court.
Someone ( teacher ) starts the clock and and starts the App. The play is physically demanding, therefore we suggest 45 seconds is long enough.
Participants try to change as many pucks to their colour as possible by touching their tops.
When time is up and and you touch STOP , the app shows how the game went in points scored and also in the percentage for each colour at the end. Note that the percentage result is given as for the red team.
This means that it is not enough just to have the most pucks in your colour at the end, but that teams shall score as many as possible throughout the game.
Endurance training
This game gives hard cardiovascular training, but if you will make it harder still, you can increase the time allowed, or make a rule that every time you score a puck, you must perform an exercise such as a press up or a star jump before you run further.
Number of participants: 2-8. Teams of up to four.
Time used: Each game last for 45 seconds.
